Abstract:

In this article the effort has been taken to define conspiracy as an objective act, a hidden planning and a series of measurement undertaken in an illegal, amoral and usually violent way to achieve certain goals and purposes at the price of endangering others interests and rights, while conspiracy theory is defined as the elaborative and subjective method to analyze events which is formed in conspiracy - minded individuals mentality and usually based on a .speculation about conspirators role.Three major components of the conspiracy theory are the conspirator, conspiracy - minded individual, assumptions and techniques of analysis which are discussed.Conspiracy theory is neither culturally, nor geographically bound, rather it is a universal phenomenon which has been taken in different countries and cultures.I have tried to show the universality of conspiracy theory by collecting enough evidences from different countries. These evidences are quite prevalent in all countries, namely the assassination of JFK, extension of Aids virus, UFO, drugs distribution and the terrorist attack of September 11th in USA are events that are analyzed by some groups and individuals in America within the "analytical" framework. In England, death of George the first and Princess Diana in an automobile accident are the further examples of conspiracy theory which is discussed throughout the article. Some authorities in this field believe that the Middle East more than other countries is infected by the "analytical" framework. Finally the article conclude that conspiracy theory is a vast and universal phenomenon of varied shapes and types.

Abstract:

One of the factors that can be the link between our intentions and actions and their external consequences is human agency, which indicates the conscious design and intentional execution of actions by the individual in order to influence future events. Objective and Method: This research with a developmental approach of psychometric method and method 1, examines the psychometric indices of the Human Factor Characteristics Scale using the classical theory of test score measurement and the graduated question-answer theory. The purpose of this study, which included high school students in Tehran, was selected by cluster sampling of 500 people as a sample size and statistical analysis was performed on 481 data. To collect the data, the ion Human Agent Characteristics Scale (2011) was used and the research questions were evaluated using IRTPRO and SPSS software. Results:The assumption of local independence based on Pearson x2 index was established by applying Simjima's calibrated question-answer theory and the assumption of being one-dimensional based on the analysis of multidimensional question-answer theory. Diagnosis parameters with question-answer approach and classical approach Test score Both item 25 approach had the lowest and item 2 had the highest diagnosis parameter. The answer thresholds for all the questions were so far apart that no option was covered by the other option, and the options were independently selected by individuals at intervals of theta. The total scale was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.945, intentionality of 0.894, foresight of 0.780, self-reactivity of 0.871 and rethinking of 0.762. Also, the role of each item in internal consistency was investigated by the loop method, which all questions had a favorable role in internal consistency of this scale. The value of the validity coefficient obtained from the question-answer theory was obtained by marginal method for intentionality 0.92, forethought 0.85, self-reaction 0.91, rethinking 0.83..

Abstract:

A treebank is a corpus with linguistic annotations above the level of the parts of speech. During the first half of the present decade, three treebanks have been developed for Persian either originally or subsequently based on dependency grammar: Persian Treebank (PerTreeBank), Persian Syntactic Dependency Treebank, and Uppsala Persian Dependency Treebank (UPDT). The syntactic analysis of a sentence in these corpora involves a series of relations introducing each word in the sentence as a dependent of another, referred to as the head. Examination of head-dependent pairs extracted from similar contexts in the above treebanks reveals frequent, apparently systematic inconsistencies observed particularly in the cases of nominal and adjectival heads. This can be explained in terms of the failure to postulate valency structures for nouns and adjectives as well as for verbs, taking for granted that tokens receive the proper labels regardless of such an assumption. When the notion of valency was borrowed from chemistry to refer to the number of controlled arguments, it was meant to apply only to verbs. Later developments of dependency grammar included the proposal of nominal and adjectival valency as well. The significance of the idea seems to have been underestimated, though. It has been highly improbable, therefore, for developers of dependency treebanks to design their annotation schemes otherwise. As far as Persian is concerned, Uppsala Persian Dependency Treebank and Dependency Persian Treebank (DepPerTreeBank, the dependency version of PerTreeBank) have used the Stanford Typed Dependencies. The later version of the former treebank, Persian Universal Dependency Treebank, has used the Universal Dependencies. These are standard annotation schemes that do not recognize valency for nouns and adjectives. Furthermore, Persian Syntactic Dependency Treebank has used its own set of dependency relations, where little attention has been paid to the idea. This paper reported the design process of a scheme for annotation of Persian dependency structure as part of an ongoing project of developing a dependency treebank for Persian. The scheme was based on a comprehensive description of Persian syntax according to a theory introduced as the Autonomous Phrases Theory. The main idea is that the significance of phrases should be appreciated in dependency analyses due to their cognitive reality, and the notion of valency is also extended beyond verbs, on which basis every dependent of whatever head type is classified as either a complement or an adjunct. Moreover, to make the resulting annotation scheme reasonably intelligible to the target audience, the latest standard available annotation scheme, Universal Dependencies (UD), was adapted to suit the requirements of the adopted framework. The outcome was a tag set of fifty-three dependency relations, including fifteen original labels and the rest borrowed from the universal dependencies. Although it provides more detailed annotation than UD does by making finer distinctions, our scheme does not involve too many tags more than UD does, mainly because a large number of the additional relations are shared by two or three head types.

Abstract:

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the fraction rate of Pro Taper Universal and Neoniti rotary files during the preparation of simulated severely-curved root canals.Materials & Methods: A total of 70 resin blocks with simulated severely-curved canals were randomly divided into two groups and prepared with Pro Taper Universal and Neoniti files. Each set of files was used for cleaning and shaping five canals; the files were sterilized after each application. Afterwards, the number of deformed and fractured files was recorded. Results: Deformation was reported in 11.4% and 19% of Pro Taper and Neoniti files, respectively (P>0.05). Also, fraction was found in 11.4% of Pro Taper files, while no fracture was reported in the Neoniti group; overall, no statistically significant difference was found between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Based on the present findings, there was no significant difference between Pro Taper Universal and Neoniti files with respect to the incidence of deformation or fracture during the preparation of severely-curved canals.

Abstract:

The perception of universal and rational forms by the human soul and its quality has been one of the most significant and controversial issues in philosophy. Islamic philosophers, too, have undertaken to study and explain this question. Molla Sadras theory is considered one of the most distinguished theories in this field. This article first explains Molla Sadras theory and its basic principles, and then criticizes it.

Abstract:

An effective and efficient management involves predicting future developments as well as providing for the concerned factors to deal with them. Today, rapid and universal world changes require that agricultural extension organizations meet present demands and prepare themselves to manage the future changes effectively. The changes have already started to occur within various components of every extension system including organization, target groups, methods, practices, and objectives. An extension organization may simply sustain its dynamism when it would be able to manage the challenges associated with its own environmental and intraorganizational changes. The paper reviews the same subject matter using a vision of extrapolation. It studies how to realize the future universal approaches of agricultural extension at the global level using five components of software technology in the management theory of universal organizations.

Abstract:

This article introduces, analyzes, and criticizes the work of Lawrence M. Hinman, Ethics: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory. Hinman is a Philosopher of Ethics in the multimedia learning. He believes that multiculturalism is important factor of nowadays so the most important responsibility of philosophers of Ethics is prevention of moral conflict. The global communication and information in 21st century needs global tolerance and respect of various nations, cultures, and moralities together because different people and societies have a common human nature and common natural rights that obligate to justice and moral relationship between different people and various societies’ beliefs throughout the world. Moral communication in multiculturalism approach is against racial, gender, national, and ethnic prejudice. Hinman believes in moral dialogue and global learning across different cultures. The book of Ethics: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory has a proper category of new ethical problems, and the candid standpoint of author is considerable. He has a logical method, and in the end of every part of book there are some questions for evaluation of students learning. So this book is proper for the philosophy of ethics in universities.
